Terri Williams Nutter
Executive Director
Terri Williams Nutter has served as Executive Director of the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce for seven years, bringing together a rich background in leadership, entertainment, and real estate with a heartfelt dedication to community building. With more than 20 years of experience as an affiliate broker and previous service as Children’s Minister at Donelson Church of Christ, Terri’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to connecting people, ideas, and opportunity.
Her professional journey began when she moved from her hometown of Memphis to Nashville as a teenager to perform at Opryland, planting early roots in the city that would become her home. For more than four decades, Terri has lived and worked in the Donelson-Hermitage area, where she raised her family and whose schools and neighborhoods helped shape the life they built together, deepening her personal connection to the community she serves.
Terri remains actively involved across the region, with recent service on the boards of Friends of Two Rivers, L’Evate, and the Two Rivers Community Orchestra. Through every role, she is driven by a passion for strengthening local businesses, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring Donelson-Hermitage continues to thrive as a vibrant and connected place to live, work, and grow.
Brittany-Elise Johansen
Chamber Admin & Events Coordinator
Brittany-Elise Johansen serves as the Admin and Events Coordinator for the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, where she supports organizational operations and helps bring meaningful events to the community. Originally from Australia, she relocated to Nashville to advance her career in country music while contributing her skills to community-focused initiatives. With a strong foundation in administration, event coordination, and relationship-building, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and professional approach to her role. Brittany-Elise is passionate about fostering connection, collaboration, and impactful experiences within the local business community.
Alexis Cooley
Multi-Media Coordinator
Alexis Cooley serves as Multi-Media Coordinator for the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, where creativity meets strategy and community storytelling comes to life. With a background in creative production and communications, she transforms big ideas into engaging, imaginative, and accessible content that brings people together and strengthens the community’s shared sense of place. She is also the proud mum of a wee human, which adds a joyful perspective of curiosity, connection, and delight to everything she creates.
